What methods of payment do you accept online?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Can I exchange or return items?

Humane Canada uses a third-party printing vendor for merchandise. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Printful within 30 days of the product being received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at their expense.

Exchanges are not available at this time.

Wrong Address Returns - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

Unclaimed Returns- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

How long until I receive my order? Do I have to pay for shipping?

Humane Canada is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders! Humane Canada uses a third-party printing vendor and orders shipped from their Canadian facility estimates an average delivery time of 6 to 9 business days afterfulfillment for domestic shipping and 10 tp 20 business days for international shipping. On rare occasions that a product is are not readily available or requires shipment from a facility outside of Canada, these are subject to longer shipping times.
