What methods of payment do you accept online?
We process payments via Shopify and accept all credit cards accepted by Shopify as well as Shop Pay.
Can I exchange or return items? What if my product is damaged?
Humane Canada uses a third-party printing vendor for merchandise. Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to Art of Where within 14 days of the product received.
When contacting Art of Where with an issue, be sure to include photos that illustrate the problem. Email info@artofwhere.com or use their contact form to report the issue.
Exchanges are not available at this time.
Wrong Address Returns -If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Art of Where's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Missing Package That Shows As Delivered- In the case of a package that shows as delivered, confirmed by the tracking number, the proper course of action will be for Art of Where to open a claim with the postal system on your behalf. We do not remake orders that show as delivered. They will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve your specific situation.
Damage to a Package- Once your package leaves Art of Where facility, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Art of Where. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, we can open a claim if the package was insured. If your package is of high value, you may be able to add additional insurance to it. Contact Art of Where if you would like to insure your order or if your package arrived damaged.

How long until I receive my order? Do I have to pay for shipping?
Humane Canada is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $100! A flat rate will be applied at check out for orders that do not qualify.
Humane Canada uses a third-party printing vendor and orders shipped from their Canadian facility estimates an average delivery time of 6 to 9 business days after fulfillment for domestic shipping and 10 to 20 business days for international shipping.
